Account Registration
3.1 One Account Only
Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, within the same household, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

At the time of registration you must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including:

If false or incomplete information is provided, hot77 reserves the right to suspend or cancel the withdrawal process without verifying the account.
3.3 Account Security

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (all methods)
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer
- Deposited funds will only be accepted from the account holder's own payment method
- Deposits from accounts or cards held in a third party's name are not accepted
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Processing time: usually 5–30 minutes
- Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for the deposit
- Large withdrawals may be temporarily held if identity verification has not been completed
- Withdrawals cannot be processed if the wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳5,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — meaning you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.
- The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per user
- The applicable code must be entered at the time of deposit to claim the bonus
- The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for wagering
5.2 VIP and Cashback Program
The hot77 VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback offered at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
You can move up to a higher tier through regular active play. Cashback amounts are added to your account at a set time each week.
5.3 Other Promotional Offers
hot77 runs special promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly communicated at the time the offer is announced. hot77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Gameplay
hot77 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are completely random and impartial. Fair play on hot77 is regularly verified by third-party auditors.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to server downtime, loss of internet connection, or other technical reasons, hot77 will attempt to restore the game from the last saved state. If restoration is not possible, the stake for that round will be refunded.
6.3 Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. hot77 reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits for any user.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hot77 platform:
- Operating multiple accounts
- Using a false identity or someone else's identity
- Bonus arbitrage or collusion (conspiring with other players)
- Playing games using automated bots or software
- Attempting to hack or modify the platform's software
- Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
- Using a third party's payment method
- Assisting minors to open an account or play games
- Using the hot77 brand name or logo without authorisation
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Account Closure by hot77
hot77 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Failure of identity verification
- Order from a court or regulatory authority
- Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
8.2 Account Closure by the User
You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Verified balances may be withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonus balances will be cancelled.
Limitation of Liability
hot77 will not bear any liability in the following cases:
- Loss caused by the user's internet connection being interrupted
- Loss caused by a technical fault on the user's own device
- Loss caused by unauthorised third-party access to the account (where this results from the user's own negligence)
- Service interruption due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, cyber attacks, etc.)
- Personal financial loss due to gaming
